Wind Farm Development & Construction

Cultivate Construction has a very experienced team with expertise in all the stages of developing, planning and constructing small and large scale wind farm projects.

Cultivate Construction is well placed in the wind industry with its team adding over 15 years experience in the industry, from site assessment through to construction. Cultivate Construction has project managed a portfolio of over 850MW of proposed wind farm sites in NSW and VIC. These sites were at various stages of development, some in the early permit planning stages and one 100MW project in the procurement stage.

Some of the latest work includes;

·       Managing TMEA's assets sales 2008 – locating and engaging potential buyers for the sale wind farm sites and their Australian portfolio. Performing DD on other developed or operating sites. Other Services included project management for their 850MW wind farm portfolio in NSW and VIC, through the development, procurement and capital raising stages. Including environmental assessment studies (EIS & EES), grid connection studies and agreements and development approvals - 2007

·       Mirvac Magenta Shores Development in the central coast of NSW;  Preliminary environmental impact assessment work was carried out to install wind turbines on the developments golf course adjacent to the beach. Turbine selection and feasibility studies were also undertaken for the client to make a more informed decision. This project is nearing the procurement stage for 100 – 200 kW.
